The sixth category addresses the professional capacity of first respondents. It covers institutional trainings for policemen and policewomen and court staff who deal directly with victims of VAWG as well as the institutionalisation of these trainings. This category consists of 3 indicators.

Each sub-indicator has a score 0 or 1. 0 is assigned when the country does not achieve or meet the sub-indicator, and 1 when the sub- indicator is met.
